Occupancy

Maximum 2 adults per room, no exceptions.
Children 7 years and older are considered adults for occupancy purposes.
Extra beds, sofa beds, and cribs are not available.
If your group needs more space, our booking system will suggest the best room combination.

King rooms: allow 1 child under 7 sharing the bed with adults, at no extra charge.
Queen rooms: allow 1 child under 7 sharing the bed, at no extra charge.
Double and Matrimonial rooms: adults only.
Maximum capacity per room: 2 adults + 2 children under 7 (King).

Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
Check-out: until 12:00 PM (noon).
Early check-in and late check-out available subject to availability. Please check with reception.
You can leave your luggage at reception if you arrive before check-in time.

High-demand dates (Christmas/New Year from December 15, 2026 to January 15, 2027, Carnival from February 5 to 9, 2027, and Holy Week from March 22 to 28, 2027, by night): free cancellation, with full refund of the deposit, up to 15 days before arrival. With less than 15 days' notice, or in case of no-show, the deposit (50% of the total stay) is retained. A stay including at least one high-demand night is governed entirely by this policy.
Rest of the year: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. With less than 48 hours' notice, or in case of no-show, the first night is charged.
Unexpected departures: no refunds for remaining nights.
Payment guarantee: on high-demand dates a 50% deposit of the total is required at booking (payment gateway); the balance is paid on arrival. For the rest of the year, pay on arrival with no advance payment.
Promotional exception — Opening Rate (stays of 1 to 3 nights between August 1 and September 30, 2026, booked on the official website): free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival; after that, the first night is charged. Promotional exception exclusive to the direct channel.

Pets are not allowed.
The hotel is a smoke-free environment in indoor areas.
Payment methods: cash (USD, bolívares), debit and credit cards, bank transfer, mobile payment, Zelle, cryptocurrency (USDT / Binance Pay).
