Occupancy

  • King and Queen: up to 3 guests, always with at least one adult (18 or over).
  • Double and Matrimonial: adults only, maximum 2 (guests aged 7 and over count as adults) + 1 baby in a crib/playpen.
  • Guests aged 7 and over count as adults. Third guest aged 7 or over in King and Queen: extra bed with a supplement of USD 20 per night (USD 25 on high-demand dates), no discounts, subject to availability.
  • If your group needs more space, our booking system will suggest the best room combination.

Children Policy

  • Children under 7 stay free, sharing the bed (King and Queen).
  • Babies (under 2): free crib/playpen, 1 per room, in every room; they do not count towards the maximum.

Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out: until 12:00 PM (noon).
  • Early check-in and late check-out available subject to availability. Please check with reception.
  • You can leave your luggage at reception if you arrive before check-in time.

Prices and Rates

  • Matrimonial + Balcony: from $69 USD/night.
  • King + Balcony: from $109 USD/night.
  • King: from $87 USD/night.
  • Queen + Balcony: from $99 USD/night.
  • Queen: from $79 USD/night.
  • Double: from $59 USD/night.
  • All rates are final prices, VAT-exempt (Margarita Free Port).

Reservations and Cancellation

  • High-demand dates (Christmas/New Year from December 15, 2026 to January 15, 2027, Carnival from February 5 to 9, 2027, and Holy Week from March 22 to 28, 2027, by night): free cancellation, with full refund of the deposit, up to 15 days before arrival. With less than 15 days' notice, or in case of no-show, the deposit (50% of the total stay) is retained. A stay including at least one high-demand night is governed entirely by this policy.
  • Regular season: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. With less than 48 hours' notice, or in case of no-show, the first night is charged.
  • Unexpected departures: no refunds for remaining nights.
  • Payment guarantee: every booking made on the website is confirmed with a deposit, and the balance is paid on arrival. In the regular season the deposit is the amount of the first night (including the third-guest supplement, if any) and is paid by card or Bitcoin when booking, or by Zelle, US dollar or bolívar bank transfer, pago móvil (in bolívars, at the BCV rate of the day) or crypto (USDT or Binance Pay); with these methods the room is held for the time stated when booking (at most until check-in time on the day of arrival) and, if the deposit does not arrive within that time, the booking is cancelled automatically. On high-demand dates the deposit is 50% of the total and is paid by card or Bitcoin. The deposit is refunded in full if the booking is cancelled within its free-cancellation period (48 hours before arrival in the regular season; 15 days before arrival on high-demand dates) and is retained if it is cancelled later or in case of no-show.
